FieldFirst Training was founded by an experienced Paramedic, Educator, and Field Training Officer. After years of teaching prospective EMT's, paramedic students, and credentialing medics, one thing became clear: meaningful training should prepare providers for the realities of the job, not just help them pass a test.

FieldFirst Training was created to provide high quality scenarios, lesson plans, scoresheets, and professional development resources designed around real world decision making and critical thinking. Our goal is to bridge the gap between the classroom and the field by creating resources that are useful to students, instructors, field training officers, and experienced providers alike.
