Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are nonrefundable. Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to the searchable Scenario Database and all accompanying subscriber materials will remain active until the conclusion of the paid billing cycle. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your subscription provides immediate access to digital content and that all purchases are subject to the Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy.
