What format are the scenarios delivered in?
All training scenarios, grading sheets, and instructor resources are delivered as high-quality, print-ready PDF files. You can view them on a tablet during training or print them out for your evaluators.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can easily manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your customer account portal.
Are the scenarios designed for BLS or ALS?
Both. Our database includes a wide variety of scenarios tailored specifically for Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) providers, allowing you to train all certification levels within your agency.
Can I share my account with my department?
