3. ONLINE STORE & SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our subscription services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

A current subscription allows gated access to the published materials within our Scenario Database. We offer various subscription tiers, including Monthly Membership, Annual Membership, and Agency Membership options.

 

4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICING

Prices for our subscription services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Subscription services and pricing structures may be modified at any time, and any price changes will apply to future billing cycles following reasonable notice to active subscribers.

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & USAGE RESTRICTIONS

All content provided through this website, including scenarios, lesson plans, scoresheets, graphics, downloadable files, software, website design, and educational materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of FieldFirst Training LLC. Users may not modify, reverse engineer, scrape, systematically download, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service or its content without prior written consent from FieldFirst Training LLC.

  • Prohibition on Redistribution: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access content for individual or designated agency training purposes depending on your membership tier. Content may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, distributed, sold, resold, or exploited for any commercial purposes or outside sharing without explicit, prior written permission from FieldFirst Training LLC. All content, including scenarios, lesson plans, scoresheets, graphics, and downloadable materials, is protected by United States copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Account Sharing: Individual accounts (Monthly and Annual) are for single-user access only. Multi-user or institutional usage requires an explicit Agency Membership.

  • User Suggestions/Requests: Users retain ownership of content they submit to the website but grant FieldFirst Training LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

 

6. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

Users may cancel their recurring subscriptions at any time through their user account dashboard or by contacting us at FieldFirstTraining@outlook.com Cancellation of a subscription will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your access to the gated Scenario Database will remain active until the final day of the current cycle.

 

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FieldFirst Training LLC provides all materials on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, operational uptime, or suitability of any content for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldFirst Training LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise—arising from your use or application of any information, scenarios, or materials obtained through this website.
